Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, our weekly peer support groups provide a safe, welcoming space to connect with other women who understand the realities of ADHD.

Sessions combine:

• shared experiences
• practical strategies
• honest conversations about life, work, relationships, overwhelm, emotional regulation, and self-understanding.
• Guest facilitators exploring dynamic approaches to life
