An inclusion manager who has worked in the education and charity sector for 8+ years. I’m passionate about equity, and ensuring people feel valued and understood within education and work. I’ve recently completed an MA in SEN.
I wanted to get involved with That ADHD woman as I have close friends and family members who are currently going through the diagnostic process and have been underserved throughout their adult lives. I want people to have access to the tools that help them to thrive.

I have been friends with the founder of That ADHD Woman, Kath Irvine, for over 20 years and was thrilled when asked to be a part of this journey with her.
Still in its early stages, the company is making great progress and offering a valuable resource to neurodivergent women.
It is often difficult to find people that are going through similar experiences. That ADHD Woman is providing a forum in which people can unite, share their experiences and make new friends. It is great to be a part of something that will make a real difference to people.

A 24 year old, late ADHD diagnosed woman, currently training to become a chartered accountant in Bristol. I've battled with feelings of not being good enough and learning to cope with my ADHD symptoms throughout my life. Being part of That ADHD Woman and coming together with other like-minded individuals has shown me that we are all in this together, as an incredibly underrepresented and misunderstood group of people. I'd like to prove to others, but mostly myself, that I can do whatever I set my mind to. My ADHD, despite sometimes feeling like a hindrance, is actually my greatest asset!

A Business Psychologist and ADHD coach with a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent women. I am a late diagnosed woman, and understand how life changing it can be to finally have the language to explain how your mind works.
In my work I specialise in wellbeing and neuroinclusion, with a strong focus on supporting women whose ADHD has been missed and helping them navigate the identity shifts and life changes that can follow a diagnosis. My research centres on ADHD diagnosis journeys in women and their experiences of workplace disclosure.

A dedicated leader and business owner, I am keen to support other entrepreneurs bring their vision to life.
I wanted to be involved in That ADHD Woman because empowerment, diversity and leadership are the cornerstones of my principles. This initiative is driven by Kath’s own challenges and her drive to affect systemic change while championing other women. As a business owner, I recognise the need for a diverse workforce and I embrace difference for the strengths it brings.

Passionate about Inclusion and Diversity, particularly, systems change supporting people to navigate systems. Lots of experience in welfare to work/benefits/socioeconomic challenges, employment and adult education.
The reason I'm so keen to support That ADHD Woman, is ADHD is significantly under researched, often misunderstood and in many cases, makes the journey to understanding your own needs longer than it should . That ADHD Woman is creating a space based on lived experience. I know many incredible women who have later in life diagnoses of ADHD and who better to share their expertise.
