We exist to raise awareness about ADHD, provide practical tools, and create safe, empowering spaces for neurodivergent people to thrive—at home, in school, at work, and beyond.
Led by a late-diagnosed woman with ADHD, Kath is a former teacher with a MA in Social Policy and years of experience supporting individuals with a range of needs. We blend lived experience with professional, expertise in research, education, and policy development.
✔️ADHD is real, even when it's hidden
✔️Support should be accessible and affirming
✔️Community changes everything
At That ADHD Woman CIC, we know that ADHD doesn’t always look like what you see in textbooks. It’s not just hyperactivity—it’s the overwhelm, the exhaustion, the forgetfulness, the sensitivity, and the burnout that comes from trying to fit in.
