We exist to raise awareness about ADHD, provide practical tools, and create safe, empowering spaces for neurodivergent people to thrive—at home, in school, at work, and beyond.
Led by two late-diagnosed women with ADHD, one a former teacher with a MA in Social Policy and the other a wealth of experience running projects supporting mental well-being. We blend lived experience with professional expertise in research, education, and policy development.
We believe:
✔️ADHD is real, even when it's hidden
✔️Support should be accessible and affirming
✔️Community changes everything
We’re here for the people who have been missed. The ones who have masked. The ones who have wondered, “Why is life harder for me?”
At That ADHD Woman CIC, we know that ADHD doesn’t always look like what you see in textbooks. It’s not just hyperactivity—it’s the overwhelm, the exhaustion, the forgetfulness, the sensitivity, and the burnout that comes from trying to fit in.
We are a neurodivergent-led community interest company supporting individuals, schools, employers, and frontline services to better understand and support ADHD—particularly where it’s often missed or misunderstood.
